On March 19, CNF signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) for the PVC project Phase II in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Mr. Li Xingwen, General Manager of CNF, and Mr. Mostafa Kamal, Chairman of MGI, respectively signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

　　MGI is a leading enterprise in the chemical industry of Bangladesh. Invested by MGI and contracted by CNF, the PVC Project Phase I was put into production in September last year, which is the first successful PVC device in Bangladesh. MGI continues to invest in the Project Phase II, which mainly covers a 450 ton/day PVC plant, a 400 ton/day caustic soda plant, and a 250 ton/day hydrogen peroxide plant.
